In the event of a serious problem such as water leak, electrical problem, property damage etc, please call or text our caretaker on  07914 550 172 and if appropriate, please call 999 first.

In the unlikely event of there being an urgent problem at Geddington Court (eg. a significant water leak, or electrical fault), and you have not received a prompt response from the caretaker, then for assistance please contact our new building manager, Graeme Riches, of Applaud Property Management .
